G\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde makine sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan herkesin ihtiyac\u0131 olabilecek ve bir g\u00fcn kar\u015f\u0131laca\u011f\u0131 bir probleme \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm \u00fcretmek ad\u0131na b\u00f6yle bir yaz\u0131y\u0131 payla\u015f\u0131yorum.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Temel Kavramlar&#8221;<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Tork (M):<\/strong> Bir motorun milinde uygulanan kuvvetin birim uzunlu\u011fa \u00e7arp\u0131m\u0131d\u0131r. Tork, genellikle Newton-metre (Nm) cinsinden \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcl\u00fcr.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>G\u00fc\u00e7 (P):<\/strong> Bir motorun yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u015fi belirli bir zaman diliminde \u00f6l\u00e7en bir parametredir. G\u00fc\u00e7, watt (W) cinsinden \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcl\u00fcr. 1 watt, 1 joule&#8217;luk enerjinin 1 saniyede kullan\u0131lmas\u0131 anlam\u0131na gelir.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Tork ve G\u00fc\u00e7 \u0130li\u015fkisi<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Elektrik motorlar\u0131nda tork ile g\u00fc\u00e7 aras\u0131ndaki ili\u015fki, motorun performans\u0131n\u0131 anlamak i\u00e7in olduk\u00e7a \u00f6nemlidir. G\u00fc\u00e7 ve tork aras\u0131ndaki ili\u015fki, motorun devir say\u0131s\u0131 ile do\u011frudan ba\u011flant\u0131l\u0131d\u0131r. Motorun g\u00fcc\u00fc ve torku aras\u0131ndaki ili\u015fkiyi anlamak i\u00e7in a\u015fa\u011f\u0131daki form\u00fcl\u00fc kullanabiliriz:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>P=T\u00d7\u03c9P = T \\times \\omegaP=T\u00d7\u03c9<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Burada:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>PPP = G\u00fc\u00e7 (watt)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>TTT = Tork (Newton-metre)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u03c9\\omega\u03c9 = A\u00e7\u0131sal h\u0131z (radyan\/saniye)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">A\u00e7\u0131sal H\u0131z<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>A\u00e7\u0131sal h\u0131z (\u03c9\\omega\u03c9) motorun milinin ne kadar h\u0131zl\u0131 d\u00f6nd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc g\u00f6sterir ve genellikle devir\/saniye (rpm) cinsinden ifade edilir. Radyan\/saniye cinsinden ifade etmek i\u00e7in, rpm\u2019yi a\u015fa\u011f\u0131daki form\u00fclle d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcrebiliriz:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u03c9(radyan\/saniye)=2\u03c0\u00d7rpm60\\omega (\\text{radyan\/saniye}) = \\frac{2 \\pi \\times \\text{rpm}}{60}\u03c9(radyan\/saniye)=602\u03c0\u00d7rpm\u200b<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00d6rnek Hesaplama<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Bir elektrik motorunun torku 10 Nm ve a\u00e7\u0131sal h\u0131z\u0131 100 rad\/s oldu\u011funu varsayal\u0131m. Motorun g\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fc hesaplamak i\u00e7in \u015fu form\u00fcl\u00fc kullan\u0131r\u0131z:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>P=T\u00d7\u03c9P = T \\times \\omegaP=T\u00d7\u03c9 P=10\u2009Nm\u00d7100\u2009rad\/sP = 10 \\, \\text{Nm} \\times 100 \\, \\text{rad\/s}P=10Nm\u00d7100rad\/s P=1000\u2009WattP = 1000 \\, \\text{Watt}P=1000Watt<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bu durumda motorun g\u00fcc\u00fc 1000 watt (1 kilowatt) olur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Devir H\u0131z\u0131 ve G\u00fc\u00e7<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Motorlar genellikle sabit g\u00fc\u00e7 \u00fcretebilirler, bu da tork ve devir h\u0131z\u0131 aras\u0131nda bir denge oldu\u011fu anlam\u0131na gelir. E\u011fer motorun devir say\u0131s\u0131 artarsa, tork d\u00fc\u015febilir ve tersi de ge\u00e7erlidir. Bu nedenle motor tasar\u0131m\u0131nda, istenen performans\u0131 sa\u011flamak i\u00e7in uygun tork ve devir h\u0131z\u0131 kombinasyonlar\u0131n\u0131 se\u00e7mek \u00f6nemlidir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00d6zet<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Tork<\/strong>: Motorun milinde uygulanan kuvveti temsil eder ve Newton-metre cinsinden \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcl\u00fcr.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>G\u00fc\u00e7<\/strong>: Motorun yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u015fi \u00f6l\u00e7en bir parametredir ve watt cinsindendir.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Tork ve G\u00fc\u00e7 \u0130li\u015fkisi<\/strong>: G\u00fc\u00e7, tork ile a\u00e7\u0131sal h\u0131z\u0131n \u00e7arp\u0131m\u0131d\u0131r.
